The four color coating production lines adopt domestic complete sets and the introduction of key equipment; the production line adopts the three-coating and three-baking process, which integrates color coating, printing, hot laminating, cold laminating, embossing and overprinting in one multifunctional composite production line.
1) Fresh air heat exchange curing; closed-loop control of hot air temperature in each section of curing furnace;
2) Hot air lateral pressure detection and online adjustment; closed-loop control of curing furnace tension;
3) The laser sag meter realizes the closed-loop control of the sag of the steel strip;
4) Equipped with regenerative RTO waste heat utilization system; curing furnace pressure closed-loop control.
